Sarah brings over two decades of expertise in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, showcasing her expertise in crafting and executing effective brand strategies and driving top-line revenue. Her early career was marked by close collaboration with Fortune 500 companies like Procter & Gamble and Nestle, honing her skills in strategic brand consulting.
She transitioned to the brand side of companies, focusing on high-growth startups including The Honest Company, Sugarfina, and Lady M Confections. There, she demonstrated her ability to lead both Marketing and Creative teams, driving innovation through market research, omni-channel marketing, brand identity development, and team scalability.

Nicole is a Project Management and Omnichannel Marketing professional, with experience ranging from high growth start-ups to established enterprises. She has worked for brands such as The Honest Company, Sugarfina, Prima, Lady M Confections and RealEyes Digital, with a proven track record of exceeding growth goals, developing and project managing creative campaigns and implementing impactful processes cross-functionally.
